I am Terrylin Dais-Pasley a motivational speaker, business owner, non-profit founder, business start-Up coach, creator of the 'Side Hustle' Bootcamp, creator of 'Picture This Vision Board Camp' for kids, founder and executive director of 'Blueprint Business Designs Inc', 'Blueprint Designs Academy' for teens, and creator of 'Blueprint Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurship Bootcamp' for teens. I am a mother, grandmother, and friend to many. I am also the Co-Author of the 2015 Amazon.com bestseller "Ohh Mazing Wellness".
My Story
I have a Unique Passion for individuals who step out in faith, using the Gifts and Talents the Lord has blessed them with to create a stream of income. I was born in April and truly display the characteristics of a Ram. I am the eldest of four children and enjoy being the leader. My childhood included attending the public schools of Charleston County and graduating from Burke High School. I currently hold a BA from Thomas Edison State University, and I am working on a Master's of Education with a focus on Adult Education and Training at the University of Phoenix.
Early in life, I discovered my Entrepreneurial Spirit! At the tender age of 10, I accompanied my uncles to flea markets throughout South Carolina, selling many items. By the age of 13, my parents wanted their piece of the pie and started a clothing business with a peddler's license. Interested in having my own business, I signed up for Junior Achievement while in high school. Of course, I fell in love with being my own boss! I have held all lines of insurance licenses for many years, and also a real estate license. I have been an independent agent for Primerica, New York Life, and 5Lynx, just to name a few. It just wasn't quite what I wanted. I wasn't truly fulfilling my purpose in life.
I, too, have been blessed with skills and talents to lead, guide, and direct Business Owners and Entrepreneurs in pursuing their endeavors. I would help people all the time before I started TDP. Whether it was organizing a company event or writing and delivering a keynote speech, I have helped. Whenever there were events, friends and colleagues called me to help, be a speaker, or coordinate. I was always the go-to person for determining where to start.
I have a love for speaking/ teaching, educating children and all things business. Furthermore, I enjoy discussing money, ways to earn, save, invest, and pay-it-forward. My passion for business has fueled my purpose in life! I am on a mission to educate middle and high school students in the area of Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurship. I am privileged and honored that God has chosen me to serve in this capacity.
